Are sessions more lecture-style or interactive?

It's a bit of both, but we definitely lean toward interactive and engaging. While some presenters may use a lecture format to share important information, most sessions include opportunities for participation, discussion, or hands-on activities. (And if you don't want to do something hands-on, that's fine, too.)
