What training or orientation is provided?

We'll be supporting you throughout the process! There's a detailed orientation session the evening before the main event starts, where you'll meet the team, learn about your specific responsibilities, and get all your questions answered. Then we provide periodic check-ins and guidance throughout the event to make sure you feel confident and supported in your role.

Note: attending the orientation in advance of the event is mandatory. If you can’t make it, we won’t be able to have you as part of this year’s team.
